Key-Link’s virtual training is designed for busy distributors, dealers, and contractors who want to gain understanding that can help them excel at their jobs. Each 30-minute training is focused on the benefits of Key-Link railing (both for installer and homeowner), code-approved installation, and identifying and addressing challenges.
Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of Key-Link railing and how they can use their new practical knowledge to educate others and become better at their craft.

Alicia Zywko
Manager of Business Development and Training
Alicia Zywko has been in her role at Key-Link since 2020 and excels at making connections and sharing information and knowledge. She also enjoys going to national and regional shows, participating in plant tours, and providing different resources to support customers. Alicia’s favorite Key-Link product is horizontal cable.

Cory Bowman
Business Development Training Specialist
Cory Bowman enjoys traveling to lumberyards and job sites to educate contractors and dealers about the benefits of Key-Link. Cory thrives when he is talking with people and showing them techniques and products that can save them time and money. His favorite Key-Link product is the Chesapeake Series drink rail.

Drew Lebo
Director of Business Development
Drew Lebo has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience and joined Key-Link in early 2022 after working in another LBM company. Drew is always curious about how contractors are using products and how dealers and distributors can use education and training to sell more. His favorite Key-Link product is horizontal cable.

Kristy Velasquez
Business Development Coordinator
Kristy Velasquez enjoys networking, business planning, and training with our customers to help everyone succeed. She especially likes meeting customers on plant tours and making sure they get the in-field support they need when selling or installing Key-Link products. Her favorite Key-Link product is American Series railing with square balusters.

Tucker Martin
Business Development Technical Specialist
As a technical specialist, Tucker Martin is a resource for Key-Link distributors, dealers, and contractors who may encounter challenges or unique installation situations. He enjoys tackling technical problems and finding solutions that address everyone’s needs. His favorite Key-Link product is the Chesapeake Series drink rail, especially when topped with an Ipe or teak deckboard.

Cole Morgan
Business Development Training Specialist
Cole Morgan is a Key-Link Business Development Training Specialist who enjoys showing customers how to install Key-Link products and seeing their excitement when they understand the product and realize how easy or convenient it is!
