The Key-Link Difference
From our training to our plant tours to our powder coating process, Key-Link’s focus is always on quality and education. Our customers are our partners and can sell our products with confidence, knowing they are designed and manufactured with the highest quality. If there is ever a problem, we will make it right.

Manufactured in the USA
Key-Link railing and fencing is manufactured in the USA and sold through some of the country’s premier lumber and building materials dealers.
Our on-site engineering team develops our unique installer-friendly designs, and then, using state-of-the-art manufacturing, our plant teams craft high-quality railing and fencing that’s built to last.
Our People and Values
People are the heart of our business. From our associates to our customers to our vendors, we strive to treat the people we encounter in the way we’d want to be treated. Each person and each company we work with plays an important role in Key-Link’s success.
Key-Link takes our core values seriously and encourages our associates and teams to put them into practice daily. Those values are:
Value People
Do the Right Thing
Serve the Customer
Rise to the Challenge

Training, Education, and Plant Tours
Key-Link delivers high-quality product, but that is just one step in our process. Our partners benefit from our on-going trainings, both in-person and virtually, as our trainers share product knowledge and education to help sell.
We also welcome distributors, dealers, and contractors to our plant to tour the facility, learn how railing is made, and develop a deeper understanding of our products. These tours result in valuable feedback for us and education for our customers.
Key-Link also works with architects, providing AIA-approved continuing education on aluminum railing and product education on Key-Link railing specifically. Our architect portal contains resources and information for architects and designers, with an eye towards more Key-Link railing on multi-family, commercial, and custom builds.
In-House Powder Coating
Key-Link coats all of our products in our in-house powder-coating facilities using AAMA 2604 standard coating. Key-Link’s powder coating process is PCI-4000 certified by the Powder Coating Institute, reflecting that our process, capability, and competency can ensure a high-quality finish.
Key-Link aluminum is taken through a multi-step process to ensure the highest-quality coating. Items are cleaned, dried, coated, cured, and finally checked by our quality control technicians to guarantee that the products we send to our customers meet our exacting standards.
Our coastal upgrade is a unique powder-coating process that involves coating aluminum in primer and then 2605 standard coating to protect it from a saltwater environment that can cause corrosion. This was developed as a preventative measure after we noticed corrosion on aluminum railing near the coast.
