Key-Link aluminum is light and flexible for easy installation, but it’s strong and built to handle extreme temperatures as well as withstand heat, snow, and rain. Where applicable, a full-length vinyl liner in both upper and lower railings prevents metal-on-metal rattling. And every piece of our aluminum railing is tested to ICC standards.
Key-Link aluminum railing is built to last and powder-coated with AAMA 2604 standard coating to ensure that it won’t fade or lose its gloss. Unlike steel, wrought iron, or wood, aluminum doesn’t require regular painting to prevent rusting or rotting.
Customers need only to occasionally clean the railing and balusters with water and detergent, and Key-Link aluminum railing will maintain its appearance and function for years. (See the Aluminum Cleaning Guidelines on our Resources page for more information).
Key-Link railing comes in boxed kits, with self-centering mounting brackets that make it easy to get rail placement exactly right, every time. Rail holes are pre-drilled, so cable infill or balusters are easy to slide in.
With so many balusters, colors, trim, and accessories to choose from, the final product really is one-of-a-kind. Key-Link’s aluminum railing gives customers the ability to match their railing to their surroundings and taste, without having to choose between the railing they want and the railing they can afford.
